Wendy is BCT's owner and full-time Dynamic Trainer. With a background in biochemistry and over ten years of experience with cardio-kickboxing, TRX, weight loss and toning, she has a well-rounded knowledge of health and fitness. Not only is she a N.A.S.M. certified personal trainer, she is also certified with TRX, Pilates, and Beach Body Boot Camp. Wendy graduated Le Cordon Bleu in 2009, so you can bet she has an array of healthy recipes under her belt!

Before becoming an instructor, Wendy herself battled a 60 lb weight-loss and maintains it with a combination of cardio, Pilates, and weight training workouts as well as a healthy diet. She truly has a fondness for teaching and helping people achieve their fitness goals through a healthy diet and a diverse, active lifestyle. In her free time, Wendy enjoys spinning, cooking, and playing with her 2-year-old daughter.
