One-on-one Personal Training
We at BCT want to make working out affordable, but we also want to make sure your experience is a comfortable one. We understand, just like no two bodies are alike, not all clients are emotionally equal. If you aren't comfortable with group atmospheres, we offer ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING. Whether you are new to working out, or just don't feel comfortable with large crowds of people working out next to you, we understand that it is a large commitment to achieve your personal goals. During our one-on-one sessions, you will be the only one in the studio. Your personal trainer will walk you through your warm-up, functional movements, your stretch, and cool down.
YOU ARE OVERWHELMED WITH EXERCISE PROGRAMS
Our personal trainers are all N.A.S.M. certified and have over 10 years of combined training experience under their belts. We will walk you through our consultation, where we get an idea of your personal goals and assess your current situation. Through the assessment, we create a customized fitness program from your foundation for strong results with little risk of injury.
YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT FORM
During your one-on-one experience, our trainers' sole attention will be on you and your form. We will correct and adjust as needed, based on your foundation,and always ensuring that every movement is safe and achievable.
